Olympic torch relay through Nambucca Valley - 25 Aug 2000

Participants in the Olympic Torch relay come from all age,
ethnic and social groups within the Australian Community.
The Nambucca Web team salutes them all

Gary Johnson brings the Torch along Riverside Drive

At the end of his run, Gary Johnson visited residents
at the nearby Riverside Gardens Retirement Village.
This shot caught him with 96 year old Anne Lavender
and several of Gary's own grandchildren
